The staff here were incredibly attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped with amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated the soundproofed rooms, as it ensured a peaceful and restful night's sleep. The wi-fi signal was strong, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay.

my stay at andrade was amazing. the staff, especially renata, went above and beyond to assist me with a lost credit card. the hot water in the shower was great and the location felt safe.

Perfect location, very close to the central bus station, restaurants, and grocery stores. the breakfast was amazing, filling with the right variety of food. the staff were extremely helpful, providing us with all the information we needed. the rooms were clean and spacious which really made us feel comfortable. We also appreciated the complimentary water bottles and the coffee maker in the room, perfect for staying cozy and hydrated.
